Bring Your Team! Save with Group Registration!

When you register three (3) or more staff from your company at one time in a group registration, each attendee receives $50 off the conference registration fee. Registration fees will be automatically adjusted prior to payment. You will have the opportunity for add additional group members later in the registration process. The total registration fees for all registrants in the group will be charged to the first person in the group.

Registration Confirmation – Confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact events@finvi.com.

 

Registration Policies

Conference Participation – Finvi will review registrations and reserves the right to deny participation for non-clients, approved partners and prospects. Should your registration be refused, Finv will refund the full amount paid and no professing fees will be incurred.

Discounted Registrations – Your registration is not complete until payment is received. In order to qualify for the discounted rates, full payment must be received by the applicable registration deadlines. If payment is received after a discount expires, the additional amount owed will be due. Should you choose to pay at onsite registration, you will be charged the applicable Late/Onsite rates. Attendee Cancellation, Refund and NO SHOW Policy

Written cancellations received on or prior to January 16, 2022 will receive a full refund.  Written cancellations received January 17-24, 2022 or after are not eligible for a refund or credit. Refunds will not be issued for NO SHOW attendees including cancellations due to weather. 

Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization. Submit transfer requests and written cancellations to events@finvi.com.

The safety, health and well-being of our attendees, sponsor partners, and employees is a top priority at Finvi. Our goal is to host a safe and meaningful conference. We will be implementing a series of protocols and onsite precautions in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are working in accordance with the Hyatt Regency New Orleans and local public health officials to ensure the safety of all attendees. As new developments arise over the coming months, the approach will continue to adapt and we will keep the community informed of any changes.

By attending PowerUp, you and anyone traveling with you agree to follow the safety protocols set in place by Finvi, Hyatt Regency New Orleans, City of New Orleans, the State of Louisiana, and the CDC. Finvi and Hyatt Regency New Orleans reserve the right to ask any attendee or guest to leave the event and hotel premises at any time in the event of a suspected COVID-19 infection, exposure, or symptoms. 

Please check back periodically so you are aware of the safety protocols you will be expected to follow while attending the event.

PowerUp COVID-19 Protocols

We can’t wait to see you in-person for an engaging learning and networking experience in New Orleans. Due to the current Hyatt Regency New Orleans COVID-19 safety protocols and City of New Orleans COVID-19 indoor gathering guidelines, in-person attendance is limited to those who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a negative PCR/antigen COVID-19 test taken within the last 72 hours.

During the PowerUp check-in process when you pick-up your name badge, all individuals must show evidence to designated Finvi staff either:
1) Proof of vaccination (can be the original, digital photograph, or photocopy of both sides of the CDC Vaccination Card)
2) Evidence of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours before entry, with the individual’s name, date of test, and result clearly visible on an official report.
