Why was PowerUp 2022 rescheduled?

Amid recent concerns related to the omicron variant of Covid – and with the health and safety of our clients, partners and staff as our number one priority – we have made the difficult decision to reschedule PowerUp 2022 from its original date in January, to June 13-15.

What is the new date and location of PowerUp 2022?

Originally scheduled for January 24-26, PowerUp 2022 has been rescheduled to June 13-15.

The event will take place in New Orleans at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans (the same city and venue as originally scheduled).

What happens if I registered for PowerUp 22 prior to the date changing?

If you registered to attend the conference in January, your registration will automatically be shifted and applied to the June conference.

If you are unable to attend the June conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization, or you may request a refund. The deadline to request a refund must be submitted by May 16, 2022. Please send your request to events@finvi.com.

What happens if I’ve already made reservations for my hotel guest room in January?

The Hyatt is extending the same guest room rate for the June event but unfortunately is unable to automatically move the room reservation on your behalf given compliance restrictions around unilaterally adjusting date-specific credit card transactions.

If you booked a guest room in our conference block, you will receive an email from the hotel cancelling your reservation. As soon as the new guest room block is open we will post information on the PowerUp website and will let you know it is available to you to reserve your room. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Finvi ACCOUNT MANGER with any questions.

Why should I attend PowerUp?

What is the cost for PowerUp and what's included?

The current conference registration rate is $670. Each attendee receives admission to all conference sessions, meals/snacks, and networking receptions. Please note pre-conference workshops are not included with the price of registration and are available for an additional cost.

Is there a virtual option to attend PowerUp?

No. PowerUp 2022 is returning to a live environment event at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.

Will there be health & safety precautions in place at PowerUp?

Yes. We will be implementing a series of protocols and onsite precautions in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are working in accordance with the Hyatt Regency New Orleans and local public health officials to ensure the safety of all attendees. As new developments arise over the coming months, the approach will continue to adapt and we will keep the community informed of any changes. How does my company become an exhibitor or sponsor at PowerUp?
